يردس حيل الماشايفهة
(Yirdis heel el-mashayifha)
used to describe someone who is not really aware of the amount of problems that he will be facing due to his lack of experience and bad judgement, so instead of being worried and nervious, he seems really happy and "dancing". note: يردس is another word for يركص , that is "dances".
