ما يبول على الايد المجروحة
Pronounced [ma yabool 'ala el id el majrooha]
Meaning: he doesn't help anyone with anything, even with something as useless to himself as urine
This is an expression describing someone who refuses to give any kind of help, even by urinating on open wounds. This is perhaps due to the antiseptic effects of Ammonia found in urine. also can be expressed in Arabic as ما يبول على ايد مجروح
It literally means: He doesn't urinate on the wounded hand.
