كبة
Pronounced [Kubah]
Delicious Iraqi/Arabic dish made of rice or burgle dough balls stuffed with ground meat, onions, and parsley , then fried with hot oil and served hot and crispy with bread and salads.
Iraqis do different types of Kubah [every house has to have it in the freezer] and most exotic/delicious and hard to do is the Mousel Kubbah كبة مصلاوية.
