Pronounced [Togla Seefona]

This expression is used between friends when there is a boring person who's existence amongst them is causing a rise in their collective stomach acid levels, so to make fun of him the reference is made to open a Soda bottle to wash down this person's "acidity" and to make him go away.

1-1 translation: "blow up a bottle cap for him"
