Pronounced [ROOH WEL HAWA B-DHAH-REK]

Very popular expression that is used to encourage someone to do something, it kind of show support to him/her

lit. mean "Go, the wind follows!"

It indicates that you can go without any obstacle in front of you such that the wind blows in your trace.
